Fairway Residence
Kingston ON
4 bed foster home

Fairway residence is a treatment foster home located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood in Kingston, Ontario. This is a 6 bedroom, 2 storey home. It has a finished basement with a recreation area for the family.

The home is within walking distance to schools, entertainment, shopping, and public transportation.

This family enjoys various activities such as camping, fishing, watching hockey and baseball games and family outings.

Therapy is provided 3 times per month - or more depending on the individual needs of the child. All behavioural programming is goal-oriented and based on the specific needs of each child. This is accomplished through using the point and level systems which focus on targeted behaviours that each youth need to work on. Immediate positive reinforcement is a big part of this program as the foster parents want to focus on things or privileges to be earned versus having something taken away.
