The Connor Homes Ontario Residential Treatment Network provides assessment, consultation and therapy services in partnership with Quinte Assessment and Treatment Group and Quinte Counselling Services, both in person and through a televideo system. Aftercare includes ongoing services for youth and Professional Caregivers as well as training and therapy sessions for biological parents, caregivers and other community partners.

Keith and Bernice are an older couple who are compassionate and caring individuals who wish to contribute in a significant way to helping and teaching others. The Needham's have been fostering with Connor Homes since September 2011.

Keith and Bernice have a strong desire to share with children who have had a limited or negative experiences, a chance to learn what a loving and positive environment looks like. This program is located in the City of Sarnia. The City of Sarnia is a municipality of approximately 70,000 people situated on the south shore of Lake Huron at the headwaters of the St. Clair River. The city is noted for its breathtaking sky blue water and beautiful waterfront parks.

The 2 foster home has a lot to offer. A nice feature this century home has to offer is an in-ground swimming pool with a fence backyard.

There are 2 rooms on the main floor of the residence one is for a foster child and the other is reserved for the foster parents. The second floor of the residence offers a large, private space for a foster child.

This program serves 2 clients and the foster parents are willing to accept placements 16 years of age and younger although all referrals will be reviewed. Each referral to this residence will be reviewed with the Foster Parents taking into consideration the mix between clients already placed in this program.
