4 bed male foster home

This home is located on highway #43, just minutes outside of town of Perth, Ontario and 10 kms from the Smith Falls, Ont. The 4 bed Co-ed foster home is a very spacious side split style home with all the amenities that allow the children to experience a healthy & stable living environment. There are several family pets within the house ranging from fish, cat and a small dog names “Ginger”. Having the pets also helps contribute to the family atmosphere, and can be very therapeutic to the children.

The 5 bedroom home has a finished basement as well as two large recreation rooms that accent the home nicely. This home is situated on a large lot that provides lots of space for the children to play. Additional features to the home are a swimming pool, a trampoline, and an assortment of recreational activities such as volleyball net, and a large yard to play soccer, baseball etc. With being located between the two towns the children have unlimited access to a multitude of recreational activities. E.g library, Youth Center, hockey arena and playgrounds etc.

The current foster parent has lived in and successfully operated the home for over a year now, but has extensive experience as a Child & Youth worker with Connor Homes for many years. Therefore the transition from CYW to foster parent came naturally. This home has access to weekly therapy, and all behavioural programming is tailored to each individuals needs. The therapist along with the foster parent and the supervisor of Connor Homes all work together as a team to implement the least intrusive learning based interventions.
